My main aim when personal training is to educate people about the many ways to engage in physical exercise and healthy living. And also to help people achieve their personal health and fitness goals.

A personal. training session is always bespoke to what you need and what goals you may have set for yourself. I will help you achieve these by using a variety of different techniques including……

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once you have made an enquiry for personal training I will send you a health questionnaire to fill in prior to any sessions booked. This is just to ensure that there is nothing that needs to be checked by a health professional before commencing exercise.

Once we have established there are no red flags we can book your first PT session.
