So, How Does It Work?
Buggy Bootcamp is for mummies at any age, at any stage of their motherhood journey and at any fitness level!
Whether you are in your initial stages of recovery (post 6 weeks) or sending your kids off to school/college and your body is still not where you would like it to be. This class provides you with a safe environment where you can safely return to exercise with your babies right there with you!
Taken by a Holistic Core Restore® coach you can feel confident knowing that the sessions are Pelvic Floor and Diastasis Recti (Tummy Gap) friendly BUT you will always be pushed to your full capabilities to ensure you walk away from every session stronger and fitter!
WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?
All exercises are specifically designed for post natal mothers with a mixture of cardio, bodyweight and resistance equipment ensuring each session is different. You can guarantee a full body workout with EVERY workout. The sessions will be aimed at areas of the body that are effected both during and after pregnancy helping to improve your posture as well as your fitness and strength.
As well as a full body workout you will relieve stress, lift your mood and make new friends. Get tips on exercise, nutrition and babies!
IS THERE MORE?
Not only do you get 3 sessions per week but you will also get the same experience as if you were paying for a Personal Trainer!!
What does this mean???
When you sign up to join Buggy Bootcamp you will receive a health questionnaire that will need to be completed before you attend your first session. This enables us to ensure your workout is safe for you.
You will have 24/7 support via a private Facebook page which will have exercise and nutrition tips and videos as well as any information requested from the participants.
You will be given step by step instructions on how to take body measurements, you will then send them to us and we will re do these every 4-6 weeks. This will help keep you accountable and motivated to achieve your goals

Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays @ 9.45am
Sessions will go ahead in most weather conditions so please wear appropriate clothing for yourself and make sure baby is warm and cosy.
WHAT DO I BRING?
You don’t need a specific pram or buggy. Wear layers of clothes as even in the winter you may still get warm, this may include hat, scarf and gloves (for mummy and baby).
Please wear trainers and a good fitting sports bra as support is VERY important!!
