The summer holidays can be hectic time trying to keep the troops busy, it doesn’t always leave a lot of time to think about your fitness let alone do something about it!

So why not join us for a 6 week online bootcamp starting Monday 22nd July


What does it involve?

You will receive a minimum of two 20 minute workouts per week. The workouts will contain a mixture of cardio and resistance exercises but all will be using just your bodyweight. Each session will be different, but you will ALWAYS get a full body workout EVERY workout.

The sessions will also be aimed at improving your posture as well as your fitness and strength.

The workouts are pre recorded so you have the flexibility of doing your workouts at anytime of the day!


This 6 week programme will be low impact but high intensity, it is pelvic floor and diastasis friendly so it is perfect for those that have recently had a baby and want to get back into fitness. It is also suitable for those that have not exercised for some time or perhaps never and even for those returning from injury.

When you sign up to join you will receive a health questionnaire that will need to be completed before you start your first session. This enables us to ensure your workout is safe for you.

You will also be given step by step instructions on how to take body measurements, you will do these at the beginning of the 6 weeks and then at the end. This will help keep you accountable and motivated to achieve your goals

You will have 24/7 support via a private Facebook page which will have exercise and nutrition tips as well as any information requested from the participants.
