REVIVE BOOTCAMP

Whether you are a beginner, recently postnatal, recovering from injury, haven't exercised in a while or a regular exerciser this class suits all.


 

What does it involve?

A combniation of both body weight and resistance equipment to make sure you work every muscle and then some!

All exercises will involve a mixture of cardio, bodyweight and resistance equipment ensuring each session is different. You can guarantee a full body workout with EVERY workout. The sessions will be aimed at helping to improve your posture as well as your fitness and strength.

Who is the class for?

This class will be adapted with both low and high impact options but which ever option you take it will be high intensity, It is also suitable for those that have not exercised for some time or perhaps never and even for those returning from injury.


When you sign up to join you will receive a health questionnaire that will need to be completed before you start your first session. This enables us to ensure your workout is safe for you.

You will also be given step by step instructions on how to take body measurements, you can take these every 6 weeks to track your progress. This will help keep you accountable and motivated to achieve your goals
