Whether you are a beginner, recently postnatal, recovering from injury, haven't exercised in a while or a regular exerciser this class suits all.


What does it involve?

A combniation of both body weight and resistance equipment to make sure you work every muscle and then some!

All exercises will involve a mixture of cardio, bodyweight and resistance equipment ensuring each session is different. You can guarantee a full body workout with EVERY workout. The sessions will be aimed at helping to improve your posture as well as your fitness and strength.

With a little bit of relaxation using HCR® Rel-ease at the end of every session.

Forget ‘stretching’, let’s RELEASE AND RE-ALIGN!   Let’s change the narrative about what we do to feel good in our skins on a daily basis. Simple ways to ‘release’ muscular tension that draw on self-massage, myofascial movement, Yoga and Pilates traditions. A delicious and ESSENTIAL part of any wellness strategy and suitable (with modifications) for all women.

When you sign up to join you will receive a health questionnaire that will need to be completed before you start your first session. This enables us to ensure your workout is safe for you.

You will also be given step by step instructions on how to take body measurements, which we will update every 6 weeks. This will help keep you accountable and motivated to achieve your goals

You will have 24/7 support via a private Facebook page which will have exercise and nutrition tips as well as any information requested from the participants.
