Our unique and ground-breaking ‘Every Woman’ programme truly is a gift that keeps giving and one that EVERY WOMAN should give herself at least once in her lifetime!  Enjoy up to 12 weeks of education regarding your Pelvic Floor, Core, Nutrition and women’s fitness/wellness at whatever life phase you’re in.

The course was really beneficial. I have totally changed my toilet habits - no more just in case wees, I am now (mostly) managing to last the whole night without going to the toilet. Importantly I also feel like I can trust my bladder more too

So, How Does It Work?

On application to your chosen Coach to join the programme, you’ll be asked to complete our HCR Red Flag Pre-Screen to decide if this ‘conservative’ exercise-based programme is right for you or whether you need clinical attention.  If you’re a great fit…..

You’ll then meet with your Coach and go through a hands-on Pre-Screening which includes tests for your Core function so that we know where you are on your recovery journey and the programme can truly be tailored to your needs.

You’ll then be all set to attend for your first session where you’ll receive your HCR Client Education Booklet and the items of fitness kit required for the course.

You’ll receive your login details for the HCR Online Platform via email which will allow you to log in and view your additional filmed homework and healing education film and colour recipe booklet.  Both homework and following the HCR Healing Nutrition Principles are an essential part of the puzzle and when followed will truly improve your results and the value you derive from the programme.  Your Coach will guide you through these principles to help you find simple ways for you to make a big difference to how you support your health via eating ‘just real food’.

The LIVE programme runs for 6/12 weeks and you will meet with me once per week and in addition I will ask you to complete your online homework, which is approximately 10 mins in duration, guided by Jenny Burrell, the programme creator, a further  3-4 times throughout your week.

The Homework exercises are progressed and so over the course of the 6/12 weeks, as your strength and co-ordination improves, the exercises will become more challenging.

The following 6/12 weeks is run ONLINE with two weekly filmed workouts from myself and Jenny Burrell for you to continue and consolidate the efforts and gains you have made.

Throughout the course I will remain in contact with you to ensure you understand what you need to do and that you are actually doing it. I will be there 24/7 to support and guide you through your journey.

Each session will last for 1.5 hours and will consist of soft tissue therapy and exercise bespoke to you and your recovery. You will also get your own BESPOKE homework video to be done in between sessions.

The course was a huge eye opener about the pelvic floor, I’ve had two children and could never get my head around how to do kegels such was the limited info in ante natal and post natal classes and literature. What Naomi taught us about a holistic approach to the pf and the many ways it can be strengthened and worked blew my mind.
